PICKUP AND DELIVERY
~ Free Local Pick-Ups ~
Customers can pick up their merchandise at our local warehouse for free at 6600 Tram Road, Beaumont, Texas 77713. Just bring your delivery receipt -- which you will receive by email once your furniture has arrived at our warehouse -- with you when you are ready to pick up your furniture. Our warehouse is open Tuesday - Friday, from 8:00 - 6:00, and Saturdays from 8:00 - 12:00.
~ Local White-Glove Delivery ~
Beall's Furniture offers local, white-glove delivery service to most areas in East Texas, in or around Sabine, Jasper, Hardin, Jefferson, Orange, and Newton counties. The delivery service includes:
- Scheduled Delivery -- After we receive your merchandise in our warehouse, we'll call and arrange delivery to your home whenever it's most convenient for you.
- Damage Inspection -- We'll make sure your merchandise is not damaged when we deliver it, and if it is broken, we'll take care of the replacement or repair details.
- Unpacking/Assembly -- We'll unbox your merchandise and assemble it if necessary.
- Debris Removal -- We'll take the packing material out with us when we leave, so you don't have to worry about it.
~ Nationwide Curbside Delivery ~
Beall’s Furniture contracts with various nationwide delivery services to ship furniture to you safely and soundly. When using our free or standard shipping charges we typically use UPS or FedEx Ground, however these carriers have size and weight limits that could necessitate using another method on some merchandise.
Your order may be shipped by another method including common carrier if you select a specialized delivery service at the time of purchase, or if Beall's Furniture determines the order size or other circumstances dictate another method would be necessary, more timely, or cost effective.
Shipping times vary based on product and availability, but customers, on average, can expect to receive delivery of merchandise within 4-6 weeks from the date ordered online. Once a product has arrived at our warehouse in Beaumont, Texas, you will receive an email with shipment tracking information so that you can track the shipping status of your order online.
Beall's Furniture currently only ships or delivers merchandise within the continental United States. If you would like your order to be shipped outside of the continental United States, or by a method we do not currently offer, please notify us and we will try to accommodate your wish; however, additional charges will apply. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes; you will need a street address for delivery.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
Although rare, damages during the shipping and/or manufacturing process occasionally occur. In order to address any issues promptly, please take the time to inspect the merchandise you have ordered upon receipt. If you have received damaged or defective merchandise, please review the appropriate policies below, and let us know as soon as possible.
~ Shipping Damage ~
It is the customer’s responsibility to check the merchandise when it is delivered to make sure there are no discrepancies, damages or shortages. On the day of delivery, please inspect the exterior of the packaging thoroughly and note any damage on the delivery receipt before you accept or sign for the delivery.
If it is clear that an item is damaged, customers have the right to refuse delivery.
Please note that Beall’s Furniture is not responsible for the handling of the merchandise once it leaves the factory or warehouse. Any damage that occurs during shipping is the responsibility of the delivery company used. Our delivery companies are licensed, bonded and insured, and each strive to lower the risk of product damage, and as such, will only handle replacement or repairs if damage is noted on the delivery receipt.
We are happy to assist customers if a claim needs to be filed with the delivery company for replacement or repair of items damaged during shipping. In order to do so, customers must note the damage on the delivery receipt and notify Beall's Furniture within 48 hours of receiving the damaged product. Please provide photos of the damage with your email to us.
~ Manufacturer's Defects ~
It is the customer’s responsibility to check the merchandise when it is delivered to make sure there are no discrepancies, damage or shortages. All furniture ordered through BeallsFurniture.com includes standard manufacturer’s warranties. Please contact us for information regarding any specific warranties on products sold online.
If you believe your product is defective and would like to make a warranty claim, please contact us directly by either email or at 1-800-380-3403. Please have available your original sales receipt or bill of sale and the product item number.
Beall’s Furniture reserves the right to inspect any alleged incorrectly made or defective merchandise at our facility to verify validity of a defect claim before any repair or replacement is performed. However, this policy does not imply automatic replacement or repair by Beall’s Furniture or the relevant manufacturer.
Beall’s Furniture is not responsible for scheduling or the cost of transporting your furniture from your home to any repair or replacement site. We will be happy to assist you with those arrangement, but any associated cost not covered by an applicable warranty will be the full responsibility of the customer.
