RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS
Items purchased on beallsfurniture.com are typically purchased specifically for a customer direct from the factory. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns of non-defective or damaged merchandise and can only allow 24 hours for cancellation of orders. After this 24 hour window, all customers are committed to accepting delivery of the product and payment in full for the products.
If we do not receive an email within 24 hours, we will proceed to process your order, and all sales are final once the 24 hour window has expired. If you have exceptional circumstances, and do need to make a change to your order, we will do our best to make that happen, if at all possible and at our sole discretion. In the event an order is returned or exchanged, the customer will be responsible for all return/exchange shipping charges and a restocking fee of 30% of the purchase price of the original order.
