- A: Beall’s Furniture is a family-owned and operated business that has been selling home furnishings since 1976. In our more than 35-year history, we have operated various locations all throughout the East Texas area. - Q: Where can I visit an actual store location?
- A: Beall’s Furniture currently owns and operates three Ashley Furniture Homestores in Hemphill, Jasper, and Beaumont, Texas. Our hours in Hemphill and Jasper are Monday through Friday, 8:00 - 5:30 and Saturday, 8:00 - 3:00. Our hours in Beaumont are Monday through Friday, 10:00 - 8:00, Saturday, 10:00 - 7:00, and Sunday, 1:00 - 5:00. - Q: What is the relationship between Beall’s Furniture and the furniture manufacturers?
- A: Beall’s Furniture is an independently owned and operated retail furniture store. Our affiliation with manufacturers is primarily as a licensed retail dealer.
The Furniture
- Q: How should I clean my upholstery?
- A: The majority of our upholstery products have a tag located under one of the seat cushions or under the unit. The tag shows a universal cleaning code that indicates what cleaning method should be used for that product.

- Q: Can I buy an extra table leaf?
- A: Each leaf is cut by the manufacturer when the table is made; therefore, additional leaves are not available.
- Q: What is the difference between bed sizes?
- A: A “bed size” refers to the dimensions of a mattress and the names by which standard sizes are called. The beds themselves sold by beallsfurniture.com vary widely in size according to the degree of ornamentation but are sold according to the size of mattress they take.

- Q: What is Durapella® & Duraplush™?
- A: Durapella® and Duraplush™ are high-tech fabrics made by Ashley Furniture Industries. Durapella® and Duraplush™ consist of 100% MicroDenier polyester suede, which provides the subtle look and elegant feel of suede, yet improved durability and stain-resistance. Everyday spills like coffee, wine and ink are cleaned easily and effectively with a mixture of low PH balance liquid soap and water.
- Q: What is Durablend™?
- A: Durablend™ upholstery, made by Ashley Furniture Industries, offers the rich look and feel of leather using a polyurethane/leather blend to create a comfortable and economical alternative to natural leather. Fabric Contents: 57% polyurethane, 26% poly/cotton, 17% leather.
- Q: Is there a way to touch up the finish on my furniture?
- A: Touch up crayons and markers are available at local hardware and home improvement stores in a variety of color packs. These types of crayons and markers are made especially for furniture and work well touching up most flaws.
- Q: I need assembly instructions for my furniture. Where can I get them?
- A: If the item(s) you purchased requires assembly, detailed instructions should have been included in the carton. If they were missing or you have misplaced them, please submit the following information: a copy of your original receipt, your name, fax number or mailing address and the model number(s) you need to assemble. Purchasing the Product
- Q: How do I purchase a product shown on the website?
- A: If the price of a product you have found on our website is listed, all you need to do is click on the “Add to Cart” button. Once you are finished shopping and would like to complete and pay for your order, click the “Checkout” button at the top, right portion of your screen. Follow the check-out instructions to complete your transaction.
- Q: Can I request a quote or purchase a product that does not include a price?
- A: If the price of a product is not shown, you can request a quote from us by filling out our easy "Request A Quote" form located on the page of the individual item. We will respond to your request as soon as possible.
- Q: I am receiving an error when I try to complete my transaction, what do I do?
- A: Please contact us directly at 1-800-380-3403 or by email. If we are unable to resolve the issue using online methods, we would be happy to process your order either by email or over the phone.

- Q: Can I cancel, return or exchange an order I have placed online?
- A: Items purchased on beallsfurniture.com are typically purchased specifically for a customer direct from the factory. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns of non-defective or damaged merchandise and can only allow 24 hours for cancellation of orders. After this 24 hour window, all customers are committed to accepting delivery of the product and payment in full for the products. Shipping and Handling
- Q: How does Beall’s Furniture ship the product to me?

- A: Shipping and Handling page for information regarding shipping damage or manufacturers' defects. The page includes instructions on how to refuse delivery for clearly defective merchandise or make a claim for merchandise damaged during delivery.
- Q: How long will my merchandise take to arrive at my home?
- A: Shipping times vary based on the product chosen and availability, but customers, on average, can expect to receive delivery of merchandise within 4-6 weeks from the date ordered online. Once your order has shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email with shipment tracking information so that you can track the status of your order online.
The Warranty
- Q: Does the furniture come with a warranty?
- A: All furniture sold by Beall’s Furniture comes with standard manufacturers' warranties. The specific warranty depends on the piece of furniture sold. For more information, please contact us at 1-800-380-3403 or by email.
- Q: I have a question about a warranty. How can I get help?
- A: If a problem should arise which you feel is covered by a manufacturers’ warranty, please contact us directly. The original bill of sale and the product serial number are necessary for the fulfillment of the warranty. Please make sure any claim for warranty service is accompanied by the necessary information to satisfy the warranty requirements. If necessary, we will contact the manufacturer directly to establish service. If the problem can be easily corrected, the manufacturer will authorize us to make those repairs. Beall’s Furniture reserves the right to require defective parts be returned upon request. In the case of a warranty claim or repair, Beall’s Furniture is not responsible for scheduling or the cost of transporting your furniture from your home to the place of repair.
